Divorce
Our divorce practice includes representation in all family contested matters for a resolution that meets our client’s needs. We represent clients in post-divorce modification actions as well as contempt and other enforcement actions, and post-judgment motions and appeals.
Domestic Violence
We help clients obtain temporary and permanent protective orders when they are experiencing threats of bodily harm from or stalking by a family member. We also defend clients who may be the victims of false accusations of domestic violence. Kresky Law is one of the few firms that has had multi-day domestic violence trials and achieved a directed verdict defending a client wrongly accused of domestic violence.
